Castleberry Fairs & Festivals proudly produces juried arts & craft festivals celebrating handmade work from the USA. Our shows are thoughtfully curated to ensure a high-quality experience for artisans, shoppers, and host communities alike.

All exhibitor applications, jurying, payments, and event communication are now managed on Eventeny.

Why We Use Eventeny

Eventeny allows us to manage applications, jurying, payments, and exhibitor communication in one secure place.

Using Eventeny helps us:

– Streamline the application and jurying process
– Provide clearer, more consistent event communication
– Reduce email clutter and missed updates
– Keep exhibitor information organized and up to date

All accepted exhibitors will receive confirmations, invoices, event details, and updates directly through Eventeny.

Who Should Apply

We welcome applications from:
– Artists and craftspeople
– Musicians and authors
– Specialty food makers
To exhibit at our events, your work must be:
– Handmade by you
– High quality and original
– A good fit for our events and customers

Jurying Process

All Castleberry events are juried to maintain quality, originality and balance across categories.
Jury is ongoing. However, highly competitive competitive categories fill quickly — early applications are strongly encouraged

Application Requirements:
– Provide 5 photos of current work
– Application subitted through Eventeny
– Early submission recommended
– No jury, registration, or commission fees

What’s Not Allowed

We do not accept:
– Buy-sell or imported items
– Kits, “seconds,” clearance products
– Tumblers, sublimation on blanks, 3D-printed items

We do not allow:
– Sales reps, MLMs, commercial vendors
– Financial services, home improvement, or vacation marketing booths

Applications & Event Communication

All applications and exhibitor communication are handled through Eventeny.
Once accepted, all confirmations, invoices, event updates, booth assignments, and exhibitor communication will be sent through Eventeny.

Demonstrating Artists

Live demonstrations are encouraged and add tremendous value to our events.

If you demonstrate your craft:
– Indicate this on your application
– You may be eligible for larger booth space or premium placement at no additional cost

Display Guidelines

All exhibits must be neat, professional, and fully contained within the assigned booth space.

– No product, signage, racks, or chairs may extend into aisles
– Tables must be covered to the floor on all visible sides
– No visible boxes, back stock, dollies, or storage

Indoor Events – Booth Setup Requirements

Indoor booth spaces are measured wall-to-wall at 10 feet, including pipe-and-drape uprights. The usable interior width is therefore slightly less than a full 10’.

To maintain consistent spacing and safe aisles, the following guidelines apply:

– All displays must fit entirely within the assigned booth footprint
– Aisle-facing displays must be pulled at least 1 foot back from aisle edges
– Displays may not push, shift, or alter neighboring pipe-and-drape

Outdoor Events – Booth Setup Requirements

– Canopies must be flame-retardant and weather-ready
– White tents strongly recommended
– Minimum 40 lb weights per leg required
– Sidewalls are required
– Quick-shade, camping tents, and low-quality pop-ups are not permitted

Confirmation & Security

– Accepted exhibitors receive confirmation and full event details via Eventeny
– Overnight security is provided at outdoor shows
– Indoor venues are locked when closed to the public
